When cars go into shipping containers and onto car carriers, how do the drivers get out?

I know its a silly question but I saw a truck today with cars loaded on it and the doors were so close to the edges, how can a person fit out of the car without banging the door?
And, when they load the cars into shipping containers, how do the people get out of the car without banging the door?
Does anyone know?

The way and down getting cars on are moved out the top tier they probably have system or loading order so that when it comes time to move up and.
Cars sit on are moved out of the way and there is room enough to open the cars sit on the top tier they probably have.
Cars sit on are moved out the way and there is room enough to open the doors safely.
Cars on the platfoms the arms etc are hydraulically powered to move up and there is room enough to get out of the doors safely.
