Will my car become salvage title if the insurance pay after an accident?

My car was hidden by another car and 0% of my fault. My car only had outlook need to fix but that still took few thousands to fix it, all paid by other party. That already over 40% of my car total value.
At this situation, will my car become salvage title? Then it is absolute not fair as my car value will drop a lot.
Thanks!

No, it only becomes a salvaged vehicle if the insurance company declares it a total loss and then it gets repaired by someone else. The insurance company is repairing it, so it won’t be a salvage titled vehicle. The accident will probably still show up on carfax though, so it will still be depreciated.
